Your area of work:
The Transformation Office provides robust project management and information security capabilities to the CTO organization. Within Transformation office, the Information Security, Risk & Regulatory unit drives continuous improvement of the CTO’s security posture through measurable outcomes.
As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the team in the Information Security, Risk & Regulatory department significantly in automating the creation and closure of JIRA tickets based on anomaly reports maintained in Excel.
Your responsibilities:
1. You will learn to define and implement a workflow to close JIRA tickets when anomalies are resolved or removed from the report.
2. In addition, you will take responsibility to develop scripts or workflows to automatically create JIRA tickets from a structured Excel anomaly report.
3. You will collaborate with team members to understand business rules and ticket lifecycle requirements.
4. You will document the automation process and support testing and validation of the automation solution in a controlled environment
Your profile:
5. You are enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 4 semesters
(Study focus in the field of informatics or other relevant fields)
6. You have familiarity with Excel automation (e.g., using pandas, openpyxl, or VBA), and basic experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and APIs (preferably JIRA REST API).
7. Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA or similar issue tracking systems is a plus.
8. Thanks to your cooperative manner, you quickly find your way into the team. Your affinity for building efficient processes and very good analytical skills help you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
9. You are fluent in written and spoken English
