Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a technical advisor for customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues
* Implement preventative maintenance plans and manage spare part inventories
* Drive upgrade projects and contribute technical input to service order handling
* Prepare solution-based quotes and run application training sessions
* Provide ongoing operational support to ensure customers use systems effectively
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have completed vocational training in mechatronics or certification as a state-qualified technician, or equivalent practical experience in a technical field-service role. They will also be comfortable with digital tools and fluent in German and English.
