We are strengthening the logistics operations of our Bonna brand in Germany. We are looking for a Logistics Specialist for Kar Porcelain Tabletop Solutions GmbH in Werder, Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting logistics operations, shipment coordination, and operational documentation processes.
Job Responsibilities
* Managing and monitoring daily warehouse operations
* Preparing and controlling invoices, delivery notes, shipment documents, and operational paperwork
* Tracking inbound and outbound product movements both physically and systemically
* Supporting loading, unloading, and shipment coordination processes
* Coordinating transportation and delivery operations with the logistics team
* Monitoring stock movements and preparing operational reports
* Maintaining regular communication with the operations and logistics teams in Türkiye
* Supporting warehouse order, operational flow, and process discipline
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
* Experience in warehouse operations, shipment, or logistics processes
* Good knowledge of invoicing and delivery note processes
* Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications
* Strong planning, coordination, and operational follow-up skills
* Able to adapt to a fast-paced operational environment
* Customer-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused mindset
* German, English or Turkish language skills are preferred
