* Collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR teams to identify key challenges and deliver actionable analyses, recommendations, and solutions.
* Ensure timely project delivery, monitor progress, manage risks, and maintain open communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
Requirements
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 4-6 years of relevant experience in an HR consulting role.
