Product Manager Components – Region Asia-Pacific (m/f/d)

What awaits you:
You are responsible for the strategic market and product development as well as the economic management of the Components business segment (sensors, instruments, and accessories) for power and distribution transformers in the region
You actively shape business model development and define market and regional strategies for your product portfolio
You develop market-oriented sales measures, manage the portfolio, and optimize pricing, sales channels, and marketing alignment
You manage and monitor sales arguments and portfolio initiatives in close coordination with the relevant Components departments
You prepare and deliver presentations and training sessions as a market and industry expert at trade fairs, expert forums, with customers, and internally
You strategically manage the specialist sales together with the regional Head of Sales and actively support marketing as well as the differentiation of the product portfolio
What you bring to the table:
You have a degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration with a technical focus, or have a comparable qualification
You have many years of industry and product experience in the field of energy technology or critical infrastructures and are familiar with processes at operators and OEMs
You are characterized by your entrepreneurial spirit, sense of responsibility, willingness to shape, and team orientation
You pursue an agile mindset, put customer requirements at the center, and are passionate about the energy transition and its technical solutions
You are fluent in English for business purposes and have good German skills as well as strong communication and intercultural competencies
You are flexible, willing to travel internationally, and confident in using MS Office and SAP
