Your Contribution
As a responsible employee in Work Preparation for Assembly (m/f/d), you are in charge of the efficient planning and continuous optimization of our manufacturing processes.
* Creating and maintaining work plans and work instructions, taking into account technical and economic aspects
* Planning production equipment with a focus on cost-effectiveness, including support in obtaining quotations and approvals
* Supporting new product launches and series production, including active involvement in solving technical challenges in collaboration with the project organization
* Identifying and implementing process optimizations, including ergonomic and efficient workplace design
* Evaluating and implementing improvement suggestions to increase productivity and quality
Your Experience and Qualifications
* Successfully completed technical degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology or similar)
* Professional experience in the metalworking industry, ideally in the field of mechanical processing
* Solid knowledge of Lean Production
* Confident handling of SAP (module PP) and experience with PLM systems
* Strong commercial understanding
* Confident demeanor combined with a high level of assertiveness
* Team-oriented and communicative personality
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
