Key responsibilities
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
* Implementing automated joint and feature detection in SolidWorks and transferring to MSC Adams Code
* Migration of the existing Adams CMD Library to Python
* Improving documentation of existing library
Qualifications for the role
* Degree (or equivalent) in Mechatronic Engineering, Software Engineering or related field
* Strong proficiency in Python, VBA, and MATLAB
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems and mechanisms
* Experience with SolidWorks API and Adams command-line interface (cmd)
* Knowledge of post-processing scripts and data visualization
* Experience in AI/ML for automating joint/constraint definition is a plus
* Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical results clearly in both written and spoken English
* Problem-solving, ability to break down complex integration challenges and implement robust solutions
* Self-motivated learner, quick adaptation to new tools and technologies
* Proactive approach, Initiative to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
