This is an onsite position requiring the team member to be onsite.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Disciplinary and operational leadership of the shift and further development of employees
2. Workforce planning and machine allocation
3. Implementation of an open communication culture
4. Monitoring and enforcement of standards related to quality, GMP, Lean, regulatory compliance, documentation, and KPIs
5. Manufacturing or processing of materials
6. Supplying machines with raw materials
7. Ensuring proper shift handover
8. Participation in projects (e.g., introduction of new technologies)
9. Training and supporting (new) employees according to TWI principles
Education
10. Successfully completed vocational training
Work Experience
11. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
12. Initial leadership experience is desirable
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
13. Certified TWI trainer or willingness to obtain this qualification
14. Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
15. Fluent German, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
16. Successfully completed Lean and Six Sigma training (Yellow Belt) or willingness to complete the training
17. Strong awareness of safety, quality, and responsibility
18. Structured planning and independent, goal-oriented working style
19. High level of commitment and willingness to drive change
20. Ability to inspire and motivate others
21. Ability to work in a fully continuous shift system
