Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Location in Chiba, near Tokyo, Japan daily. What You'll Do: Managing multiple teams in Logistics, ensuring coordination and efficient workflow across operations and other logistics functions. Maximize operational efficiency by prioritizing tasks, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring the achievement of productivity and qualitative goals. Plan, prepare, and execute resource allocation to meet business demands, with a focus on achieving top-line and bottom-line goals. Lead work teams to provide the most efficient logistics services and continuously evaluate and implement improvements. Build strong relationships with external partners and collaborate with international markets to share best practices and maximize synergies. Constantly monitor business and logistics KPIs, quickly responding to any issues to ensure alignment with corporate goals. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and maintain a safe and secure workplace environment for all team members. What You'll Bring: Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or Engineering, or an equivalent qualification with substantial experience in related fields. Possess over 10 years of operational experience within large logistics centers, leadership and industry expertise. Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities in guiding teams to align with company objectives and foster a goal-oriented work environment. Exhibit exceptional communication skills for superior customer service and international collaboration. Leverage expertise in quality control and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and performance. Manage strategic projects effectively, focusing on cost reductions and financial target alignment with company goals. Fluent in English and Japanese is a MUST HAVE, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation across local and international markets. What's next?
