full-time Account Executive (AE)
to drive our next phase of growth.

Our Sales team brings experience from some of the world's fastest-scaling software companies (Ex-Deel, Ex-Autodesk, Ex-Celonis)—and they're excited to welcome you aboard

Your Responsibilities

As an Account Executive at Bliro, you'll own the
entire sales cycle
- from demo to close. You'll work hand-in-hand with our SDR team, who will ensure your calendar is packed with qualified demos, so you can focus on what you do best: closing high-value deals.

* Run and Win the Sales Process
* Lead discovery calls and tailored product demos with mid-market and enterprise prospects.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts with ACVs of €50k+.
* Partner Across the Go-to-Market Team
* Work closely with SDRs who book your meetings, ensuring smooth handoffs and tight collaboration.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Product to refine messaging and continuously improve our sales playbook.
* Share feedback from the field to help shape our roadmap.
* Exceed Quota and Drive Growth
* Consistently close new business to hit - and exceed - your targets.
* Develop and expand your pipeline within key verticals and geographies.
* Position Bliro as a trusted partner to clients looking to transform their sales processes with AI.

Your Profile

We're looking for driven AEs who are passionate about high-touch B2B SaaS sales and want to grow with a category-defining AI startup.

What you should bring:

* Proven track record in closing mid-market or enterprise SaaS deals (ACVs €50k and higher).
* Strong experience owning the full sales cycle—from first call to signed contract.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholders.
* High degree of self-motivation, accountability, and a team-first mindset.
* Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1+).
