Your tasks
10. Support: Telephone-based 2nd level support and incident handling.
11. Administration: Installation, configuration and monitoring of the IT infrastructure with a focus on security.
12. Total Quality Management (TQM): Testing of new software releases and rollout of hardware and security patches.
13. Documentation: Creation and maintenance of operating manuals and technical service manuals (TSM).
14. Change Management: Operational implementation of changes and documentation in the CMDB.
Your profile
15. Language: German Level C1 (proof by certificate or self-declaration for native speaker).
16. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or completed IT vocational training (alternatively: at least 5 years of IT professional experience).
17. Professional experience: At least 2 years in 2nd level support (incident management).
18. Specialized knowledge: At least 1 year of experience in troubleshooting VPN solutions (SINA, OpenVPN, etc.).
19. Certification: ITIL Foundation (proof via self-declaration).
20. Security clearance: Since access to BMVg properties is required, candidates must not hold citizenship of any country on the "List of States".
21. Mobility: Willingness to travel to locations such as Bonn, Berlin, Cottbus and Leipzig.
