Position Overview
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will guide our clients in ServiceNow implementations and advise them on adoption strategies. You will act as an experienced intermediary between clients and IT specialists, translating ideas into practical solutions. Your detailed responsibilities include:
* Analyzing and evaluating complex business requirements and deriving solution approaches for ServiceNow implementation.
* Developing comprehensive concepts for integrating ServiceNow solutions into client processes and IT landscapes, including use cases, reference architectures, demos, and sales arguments.
* Managing complex ServiceNow projects within the framework of digital transformation.
* Assessing end-to-end scenarios for ServiceNow deployment, particularly in healthcare and public administration sectors.
* Collaborating with specialists from other units on topics like cloud, security, monitoring, billing, and integration.
* Preparing pitches and presentations for decision-makers at client sites and senior management, including technical briefings and background information.
Candidate Profile
You possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, with over 5 years of professional experience from various perspectives such as developer, consultant, project manager, or architect. Additionally, you should have:
* Experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions and architectures, with a solid understanding of enterprise architecture approaches.
* Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, and Technical Architect (at least two CIS certifications in areas like ITSM, FSM, CSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.).
* At least 5 years of project experience in planning, designing, deploying, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions integrated into existing IT landscapes.
* Excellent technical analysis skills and the ability to independently assess feasibility, effort, and ROI from a customer perspective.
* Experience with interface and integration technologies for cloud service connectivity.
* Strong communication skills at technical and decision-maker levels, with proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level).
