Your Tasks
1. Development and implementation of a comprehensive brand strategy.
2. Close collaboration with internal media, CRM, creative, and product teams to drive the holistic brand strategy and ensure brand awareness across all marketing channels, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
3. Leading, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, fostering synergies between activities.
4. Communicating with various stakeholders to create effective marketing communication.
5. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all business areas.
6. Collaborating with research and data teams for competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities.
7. Using analytics and customer insights to refine marketing tactics and improve impact.
8. Working with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance of marketing strategies.
9. Managing marketing budgets and coordinating resource allocation with the business and media teams.
10. Reporting campaign performance to C-level executives.
What You Bring
1. Several years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of marketing, brand strategy, and positioning within a competitive e-commerce environment.
3. Proficiency in analyzing data, consumer insights, and competitive activities for decision support.
4. Deep knowledge of relevant marketing channels, from brand to performance marketing.
5. Extensive experience in planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns.
6. Excellent communication skills for briefings and stakeholder engagement.
7. Strong project management skills.
8. Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize spending.
9. Proficiency in working with data analysts and attribution models.
10. Advanced German language skills and very good English skills.
