What You Will Do
1. Drive profitable growth within the defined customer base
2. Build and maintain a long-term profitable relationship with the customer at all levels of an organization
3. Captures both technical and commercial customer requirements in collaboration with Business Units Design and develop interconnect solutions around customer specific projects and applications
4. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
5. Actively maintain updates and create reports using the Salesforce tool to support the business forecast
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
6. Electrical or mechanical engineering degree is preferred - any additional relevant business/marketing studies are an advantage
7. Experience as a technical sales engineer with an in-depth knowledge of demand creation
8. Proficiency in initiating Engineer-to-Engineer discussions
9. Fluent communication skills in German & English Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
10. Ability to prioritize and operate independently and effectively
11. Willingness to engage in frequent business travel within the DACH region (up to 80% of the time)

12. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and handle situations positively
13. Experience working in the electronics industry Electronic application and connector knowledge
14. Experience working with SAP and Salesforce
