Your Role As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing dealer partners within your assigned region. You will act as the key interface between HQ strategy and local market execution, ensuring sales target achievement, strong dealer performance and a consistent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with dealer partners in the assigned region Drive regional sales target achievement in line with HQ strategy and budget planning Monitor and support dealer execution of the full customer journey (lead management, test drives, contracting and financing) Evaluate dealer network performance, provide structured analysis and implement improvement measures Develop and manage key account customers within the region Analyze market trends and competitor activities and translate insights into actionable plans Plan and execute regional pop-up exhibitions and local sales activation events Support the continuous optimization of sales processes, systems and tools Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Automotive Engineering or a related field 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, regional sales or dealer network management Solid understanding of OEM–dealer cooperation models and retail operations Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills Structured, hands‑on working style with the ability to perform under pressure Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region Fluent English required; German language skills are a strong advantage What We Offer The opportunity to grow with an international automotive brand in a dynamic German market High level of responsibility and direct impact on regional business performance Competitive compensation package (negotiable based on experience) Close collaboration with international and local teams Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Motor Vehicle Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
