The Role
As a Customer Care & Technical Support Specialist, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and chat, supporting customers with both service and technical-related matters. This role combines problem-solving, communication, and commercial awareness.
Depending on the team, you may support customers with:
* Technical issues related to internet, TV, or connectivity
* Questions about invoices, payments, and subscriptions
* Account access, roaming, and device-related concerns
* Contract renewals and service upgrades
* Preventing cancellations by offering suitable solutions
You’ll not only solve problems, you’ll also identify opportunities to recommend relevant services and improvements that genuinely benefit the customer.

Requirements
This role suits someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a structured environment with performance goals.
You:
* Speak German at a high level (C1/native preferred)
* Have good English skills (B2 or above)
* Have experience in customer service, sales, or technical support
* Are confident speaking on the phone and handling different customer situations
* Are comfortable using systems and basic PC tools
* Stay calm under pressure and work well in a team
* Are solution-oriented and enjoy reaching targets and KPIs
