Job Description
As a Customer Service Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficient order-to-cash operations, timely claim resolution, and exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Customer Service team to ensure seamless order-to-cash processes, timely claims resolutions, and high service standards.
* Drive process improvements across regions by standardizing systems and processes (SAP & Salesforce Service Cloud).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Supply Chain projects.
* Oversee return management across European logistics centers.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in customer service operations within manufacturing or B2B environments, a solid understanding of order-to-cash processes, logistics flows, and claims management.
A strong proficiency in SAP (SD module preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce Service Cloud desirable) is required.
