This position reports to the Marketing Manager OTC Germany and is based in Neuss, Germany.
Join our team as Senior Brand Manager OTC ! In this role, you will be leading marketing strategy and activation of a few of our iconic OTC brands such as nicorette, Imodium, Dolormin and/or Olynth in Germany.
Lead the marketing strategy and activation for one or multiple OTC brands in key market Germany
Translate global/regional brand strategies into impactful local market plans, leveraging consumer insights, market data, and retailer intelligence
Drive BTL and retail activation in close collaboration with Trade Marketing, including assortment, promotions, merchandising, shopper activation, and in-store visibility
Foster strong collaboration with Central European Marketing Hub Team, Trade Marketing & Sales teams
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 2-3 (Junior) Brand Managers
Above-average university degree in business/economics with a focus on marketing
International experience through internships or studies desirable
Strong project management skills even in complex situations and under time pressure
Fluency in German and English
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
