As a (Senior) Sales Manager Governmental – BeNeLux (m/f/d), you will play a key role within our Sales organization and act as the primary point of contact for our internal teams, clients, and stakeholders across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Together with our world‑class team of Regional Sales Managers, you will drive the advancement of unmanned systems technology in the region. You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Production, and Supply Chain to accelerate revenue growth within the governmental sector.
By developing and executing targeted sales strategies, you will directly contribute to Quantum Systems’ mission of becoming the benchmark for unmanned systems across all domains — including software and AI capabilities.
Identify, approach, and engage potential governmental clients to promote our solutions and services.
Conduct continuous business development and acquisition through country-specific research and your professional network.
Act as Key Account Manager for strategic customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Manage day-to-day sales operations, including CRM maintenance and proposal development together with our Bid and Solution teams.
Create customer‑specific marketing content (e.g., Serve as the first point of contact for all sales-related inquiries within your field of expertise.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct sales‑driving activities such as customer events and flight demonstrations.

Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong plus
