- CASTING CALL - Friends at CREW UNITED, the team of THROUGH THE SENSES (provisional title) is looking for ACTORS and ACTRESSES BASED IN BERLIN for the no‑budget, feature debut from director/producer Nate Buzelli ("Love Thy Neighbor", "Epilogue", "Personen"). Project Overview AGE PROFILE: 25-35 years old;LANGUAGE: ENGLISH. About the Project It's an experimental CONVERSATION film, inspired by the works of Éric Rohmer, Hong Sang‑soo, Richard Linklater, and others. The FIVE CHARACTERS will be based on the ACTORS/ACTRESSES chosen for the roles, and the script will be finalized during IMPROVISATION SESSIONS (rehearsals) in January. The film will be shot in BERLIN during February throughout an experimental process (which will be clarified during the casting audition). Casting Requirements Rehearsals will be required; actors/actresses must be based in BERLIN and available in January and February. Actors/actresses should have an IMPROVISATION EXPERIENCE. Actors/actresses should be FLUENT in English and prioritizing ACTORS WITH A MIGRATION BACKGROUND, because this is important to the role. Notions of, or background in directing/writing will be useful.
