Billing Specialist Role
Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to support our banking and finance team in a dynamic environment.
* Manage daily administrative tasks and workloads effectively;
* Draft, proofread, and prepare correspondence and documents, presentations, reports, travel arrangements, scheduling, and calendar management, meetings, and conference calls, billing activities;
* Prepare and maintain monthly and weekly reporting; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Assist with departmental coordination, monitor follow-up actions, and internal task tracking;
* Support senior management meetings, attend, record minutes, and follow up on action items;
* Provide exceptional client service professionally.
* Degree or training in administrative support (e.g., BTS, Licence LEA);
* Previous experience in billing processes and procedures;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and applications;
* Fluent in English and French (additional languages an asset);
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proactive, and detail-oriented;
* Comfortable interacting with senior professionals in a fast-paced setting;
* Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, drive to deliver high-quality support.
