This role is pivotal in aligning client strategies with the capabilities of SAP Fioneer's offerings.Develop and execute transformational strategies tailored to the specific needs of banks within the DACH regionEngage with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand their challenges and strategic objectivesShape and plan the most suitable transformation strategy for our clients jointly with themLead and manage large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment of business and IT strategiesFoster relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to expand SAP Fioneer's footprint in the marketContribute to thought leadership initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offeringsBuild, mentor, and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results in the banking sectorRequirements10+ years of work experience in consultancies, banks, and/or software companies - with a strong focus on commercial banking / corporate banking and a proven track record of successful executionDeep expertise in corporate banking, in particular global transaction banking, cash management, and payments, and solid understanding of technologyNetwork with relevant departments and key stakeholders of banks with global transaction banking servicesExperience with SAP products is a plusStrong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
