Enterprise Architect Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Design architectures across various domains (Business, User Experience, Application, Data, Technologies, and Security) at different levels of abstraction.
* Contribute to the growth of the Enterprise Architecture domain.
* Manage the enterprise architecture repository, a central location for the enterprise landscape.
* Collaborate with Business Process to identify opportunities, drive changes, and improve business architecture and processes design.
* Ensure alignment of IT strategy with BIL's business goals.
* Manage technology standard management and the technology radar.
* Bring innovation, digitalization, and new technologies approach.
* Support IT Teams to promote best practices, define and design solutions, review deliverables, and clarify infrastructure and security needs.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF, IASA, etc.
* Expertise in Architecture modeling languages like UML, C4, Archimate, Entity-Relationship, or BPMN.
* Proven experience in designing microservices architecture from a technical (spring boot, containers) and functional aspect (domain-driven design).
* Proficiency in various architecture styles such as Web Oriented Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, etc.
* Technological knowledge background: Core Banking System, API, Micro-services, Spring, Kafka, MQ, Java, Python, JSON, XML, ETL, Data Lake, MFT, Oracle, PKI, etc.
* Ability to lead and animate architecture workshops.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to understand and translate a business strategy and requirements.
* Communication skills and presentation skills with technical and non-technical people.
