Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong HR Personality with experience in HR Strategy. 3 years of HR management experience. Knowledge of DACH region labor laws. Strong communication skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office. Fluency in German and English.
