Über die Position
Als Onsite Support Engineer (Data Center) L1 bist du Teil unseres Teams, das für den reibungslosen Betrieb und die Wartung von Rechenzentrums-Infrastrukturen sorgt. Du übernimmst praktische Aufgaben im Bereich Hardware, Verkabelung und Monitoring und stellst sicher, dass unsere hohen Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards eingehalten werden.
Deine Aufgaben
1. Hands-on-Support für Server, Storage und Netzwerkkomponenten (z. B. Verkabelung, Hardwaretausch) in Rechenzentren
2. Monitoring und Durchführung einfacher physischer Checks (Temperatur, Stromversorgung, Verkabelung)
3. Allgemeine Wartungs-, Reinigungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten gemäß Kundenanweisungen
4. Unterstützung bei Hardware-Rollouts und Installationen bei Standorterweiterungen
5. Durchführung von IMAC-Prozessen (Install, Move, Add, Change) für Infrastruktur-Hardware
6. Dokumentation von Änderungen in Ersatzteil-, Asset- und Ticket-Systemen
7. Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Zutrittsrichtlinien im Rechenzentrum
8. Sicherstellung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards
Dein Profil
Kenntnisse & Skills:
9. Hardware: Server (Rack/Blade), Storage-Systeme, Netzwerk-Switches, Verkabelung (Kupfer, Glasfaser)
10. Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Betreuung strukturierter Netzwerkverkabelungen
11. Grundkenntnisse Stromversorgung und Klimatisierung im Rechenzentrum
12. Netzwerk-Basiswissen: VLAN, Routing, Switching, VPN
13. Umgang mit ITSM-Systemen (z. B. ServiceNow) und Monitoring-Tools (z. B. Nagios, PRTG)
14. Kenntnisse in Compliance & Sicherheit (ISO 27001, Zutrittskontrolle, Datenschutz)
15. Erfahrung mit Bereitschafts- und Rufbereitschaftsdiensten
Qualifikationen:
16. Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
17. Erfahrung im Umgang mit Infrastruktur und Hardware in Rechenzentren
18. Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Rufbereitschaftsdiensten
19. Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
20. Führerschein der Klasse B erforderlich
