Business Development Manager Role Summary

Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Masters degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or economics.
* Expertise in complex financing and cash management including knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
* General knowledge of Corporate Finance and DCM including understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
* Proven expertise in balance sheet analysis and financial ratios including ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
* Drafting contractual documents for syndicated loans including ability to negotiate and agree terms.
* In-depth knowledge of trading room services and products including familiarity with derivatives, commodities, and foreign exchange.
* Familiarity with the legal, tax and regulatory framework applying to the applicable market including knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and compliance requirements.
