Are you an experienced Human Resources professional who thrives on building strong partnerships, delivering sound people advice and leading HR operations with precision? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Operations Business Partner to join our team.
What your day will look like
As our Human Resources Operations Business Partner, you will:
* Act as a trusted partner to leaders, providing expert advice and coaching on a range of employee relations and people management matters.
* Lead the end-to end employee lifecycle, ensuring all HR processes from recruitment through to offboarding are seamless, compliant and consistent.
* Manage and develop two HR Officers, supporting their growth while ensuring high-quality HR service deliver.
* Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing robust processes, policies and systems that support efficiency, compliance and positive employee experiences.
* Manage the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, accuracy of records, efficient workflow structures and reporting.
* Collaborate as a valued member of the People and Capability Team to support projects such as workforce planning, reward and recognition, enterprise agreement negotiations and recruitment strategies.
* Manage HR systems, ensuring data integrity and employment legislation.

We are looking for someone with:
* Tertiary qualifications in human resources (or a related field) and/or significant experience in a HR business partnering role, with a strong focus on employee relations
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with the ability to balance operational excellence and strategic thinking.
* Demonstrated capability in managing and mentoring a small team.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes, legislation and best practice.
* A hands-on approach and the confidence to work across both strategic and operational levels.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software.
