Ihre Aufgaben:
* Support the implementation of SAM/ITOM tooling (e.g., ServiceNow), including integration of external catalogues
* Provide conceptual guidance on global collaboration between central and local licensing functions
* Develop and refine global license management guidelines
* Perform license demand and usage analyses
* Drive RFI/RFP processes for selecting a managed service provider in the licensing environment
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose optimization measures
* Provide expert support in commercial SAM topics
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Experience with SAM/ITOM tools, preferably ServiceNow
* Solid project management background
* Strong expertise in software license management (ideally SAP, Microsoft, Oracle)
* Analytical, structured, solution-oriented work style
* Strong communicator with international stakeholder experience
* Independent, proactive, reliable working attitude
* Fluent German and English
