The vacancy is for a major client from the logistics industry, currently building up two new logistics centre in Germany. Responsibilities - Managing the assigned area with the goal of coordinating the entire workflow related to deliveries and loading/unloading operations at loading docks - Clarifying discrepancies related to deliveries/collections, new orders, service providers, and carriers - Independent execution of daily tasks as well as participation in projects aimed at continuous process improvement - Recording inventory, transferring, and reporting dock status data to service providers - Entering and verifying data in the system - Creating and updating delivery documents - Communication with shift managers, departments, and gatehouse staff - Other administrative tasks (email handling, archiving, answering calls, etc.) - Supervising equipment in the assigned area - Monitoring and registering carriers entering the company premises Qualifications - Education in freight forwarding/logistics services or equivalent experience - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) - Fluency in English - Strong social and communication skills - Reliability, organized and systematic work approach - Willingness to work shifts What we offer - Hourly gross salary of 14,60 EUR - Transport provided - Flat organizational structure and short communication paths - "Open-door mentality" - Modern work environment and friendly colleagues - Interesting and diverse responsibilities - Excellent development and promotion opportunities - Continuous opportunities for personal growth - Working in a dynamically growing company Please be informed, that the you need to be eligible to work within the EU in order to be considered.
