The OneFinance PMO will play a central role in coordinating, structuring, and supporting initiatives within the OneFinance transformation program. This position requires exceptional organizational capabilities, strong communication skills across multiple languages, and the ability to support complex, cross‑functional projects. The ideal candidate brings experience in finance and/or IT‑related projects, or alternatively a background in dynamic environments, organizing complex tasks.
The role acts as the organizational backbone of the OneFinance program—ensuring alignment, documentation quality, timely follow‑up, and smooth coordination across stakeholders and workstreams.
Your role in our team
Program & Project Coordination
* You support the planning, execution, and tracking of OneFinance program activities and coordinate project governance routines, steering meetings, and reporting cycles
* Maintaining and updating program documentation, timelines, risks, and action logs is a key part of your responsibilities
* You prepare structured meeting agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions and ensure deliverables are submitted on time and meet quality standards
Stakeholder Management & Communication
* As a central contact point across Finance, IT, and business teams, you ensure smooth communication flows, coordinate stakeholder interactions and alignment meetings
* You facilitate communication between workstreams and leadership by drafting clear and professional presentations, briefings and reports
Organizational & Administrative Excellence
* By supporting budget tracking, resource planning, administrative processes and by maintaining structured, accessible shared program repositories, you ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the program office
* You anticipate organizational needs and proactively address inefficiencies
Support to Program Leadership
* You assist OneFinance program leads with preparation of decision materials and provide executive-level support including analytics, coordination, documentation
* You coordinate workshops, offsites, and strategic planning sessions
Your profile
* You hold a completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Management, or a comparable field of study – ideally with a focus on finance or project management
* You are fluent in English, German skills are a strong advantage, and an additional European language is optional
* You demonstrate outstanding organizational skills, reliability, and strong attention to detail
* With strong communication skills and cultural awareness in international settings, you interact effectively across diverse environments
* In a dynamic environment, you are able to balance multiple priorities effectively
* You have advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint or collaboration tools
* An analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem‑solving define your working style, complemented by a basic understanding of project management methodologies or initial hands‑on experience
* Through your experience working in a global or matrix organization, you also bring an understanding of finance process landscapes or enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ERP platforms)
