As a Specialist Financial Consolidation and Reporting (m/f/diverse), you will lead this change, ensuring a smooth migration and continuous improvement of global consolidation and reporting processes. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and strategic influence in a dynamic international environment. Transition Leadership: Managing the migration from SAP BCS to SAP Group Reporting, including planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment Project Management: Leading the transition project, monitoring timelines, budgets and deliverables System Development: Ensuring functionality and continuous enhancement of SAP Group Reporting Stakeholder Coordination: Consulting departments globally and managing cross-functional collaboration Solution Design: Translating business requirements into IT concepts and overseeing implementation Process Optimization: Analyzing and resolving issues, continuously improving reporting processes Training & Support: Providing knowledge transfer and conducting international training sessions
