Business Turnaround Expert
The General Manager role is responsible for driving a successful business turnaround to achieve sustainable profitability. To succeed, a dynamic and results-driven executive with strong leadership experience in an international setting is required.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a mid- to long-term global strategy for the business unit, identifying and pursuing strategic growth opportunities, particularly expanding outside of Europe with a focus on the APAC region.

* Ensure synergies between sites and central functions are leveraged to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
* Promote and lead product and process innovation to secure market leadership.
* Oversee site-level operations and provide functional leadership across various locations.
* Hold full P&L responsibility for the business within the organization.
* Establish and monitor clear financial and operational KPIs to track performance.
* Lead cost management and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Foster a value-based culture through outstanding leadership and promote collaboration and innovation.
* Represent the company with integrity both internally and externally.
