About this positionJoin the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Business Development team at Henkel Adhesive Technologies which plays a key role in driving Henkel Adhesive Technologies’ inorganic growth strategy by leading M&A transactions, from deal origination through to integration. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and executing potential acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments. What you’ll do
* Identify potential acquisition opportunities that align with the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) strategic objectives and act as sparring partner for SBUs on all M&A matters
* Prepare deep dives, strategic analysis, investment thesis as well as necessary committee or board approval documents to senior management to decide on M&A opportunities
* Manage and coordinate due diligence activities which entails collaborating with relevant SBU, business and corporate functions
* Prepare business plans and detailed financial analysis
* Negotiate key terms of transactions together with Corporate M&A and Legal teams
* For divestments, preparation of transaction scope, structure, carve-out financials and other deal documents such as Information Memorandum
