Your role at Kraus:

The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive merchandising strategies across various channels, both online and offline, to increase sales, improve the customer experience, and ensure brand consistency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and creative to optimize product presentation, contribute to product pipeline development by translating retailer requirements and analyze data to make informed, strategic decisions. Your expertise in omni-channel retail, e-commerce platforms, and data analysis will be critical in achieving market share growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Channel & Customer Growth

1. Develop and execute channel-specific growth plans for key online, retail and direct-to-consumer (D2C/DTC) channels in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
2. Utilize customer and market insights to drive innovation, mitigate channel conflict, and optimize go-to-market strategies.
3. Translate retailer needs into compelling product pitches, presentations and marketing plans that resonate with key retail accounts and internal stakeholders.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of the D2C channel strategy to maximize impact of the channel

Merchandising & Content Strategy

5. Oversee both online and in-store merchandising execution, ensuring a seamless and engaging omnichannel customer experience.
6. Manage the online content strategy for retail customers, optimizing SEO and conversion rates to maximize visibility and sales.
7. Lead display and reset execution, working with internal teams and agency partners to ensure best-in-class retail merchandising.

Data-Driven Decision Making

8. Leverage market analytics to inform innovation pipeline and marketing strategies, with a focus on increasing profitability and market share.
9. Manage and optimize marketing and display budgets for Walmart, Club, and Traditional retail customers.
10. Be a driver of innovation and digital capabilities to meet shoppers where they are; stay up-to-date on relevant developing and future trends to find opportunities and gain traction with key partner

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership

11. Work closely with sales, product management and creative teams to achieve annual growth plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).
12. Partner with retail media teams to develop annual marketing plans aligned with joint business objectives
13. Lead partnerships with internal creative teams and retailer marketing teams to develop customer-specific marketing assets and support product launches, promotions, and customer-specific initiatives.
14. Assist in the development and execution of launch plans for new products and initiatives to maximize impact within the D2C channel.

Qualifications & Experience:

15. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
16. 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, category management, or retail marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth.
17. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
18. Experience working with direct-to-consumer (D2C/DTC) websites is preferred
19. Exceptional data analytics skills with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
20. Strong ability to communicate, network, and influence at all levels of the organization.
21. Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute high-impact strategies.
22. Comfortable driving change, with a resilient and adaptable mindset.

Location & Travel:

23. Travel of up to 25% is required for customer meetings and corporate office visits if remote.
