This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K. Your Mission As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key player in our user acquisition team, owning and optimizing high-performing ads across digital channels (search and/or paid social. e.g. Meta, Google Ads, ASA, Moloco, etc.). You’ll go beyond execution—thinking proactively about attribution, data flow, and automation to ensure our campaigns scale efficiently and insightfully. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates in creative, product, and analytics to implement best-in-class growth strategies. Key Responsibilities Launch, manage, and scale user acquisition campaigns across one or more channels (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, ASA, TikTok, Applovin, etc.) Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and run structured tests to drive efficiency and impact Provide actionable insights to the creative team based on ad performance and user behavior data Proactively identify measurement gaps and collaborate with product, web, and analytics teams to improve tracking and attribution Help shape and maintain scalable workflows: naming conventions, tracking setup, reporting, knowledge documentation, etc. Evaluate and create requests to implement automation tools, scripts, or integrations to optimize workflows and reduce manual work Stay up to date on MarTech trends and use new features or tools to continuously improve campaign strategy Your Profile 3–5 years of experience managing and scaling user acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, ASA, TikTok, etc.) Strong analytical mindset: comfortable working with ROAS, CPA, conversion funnels, and attribution data Familiarity with attribution tools (GA4 and/or MMPs) and a basic understanding of cross-platform user journeys Experience with campaign workflow or reporting automation (e.g., bulk tools, scripts, dashboards, SQL) is a strong plus but not a requirement A structured, solution-oriented thinker: You take initiative and thrive on ownership and clarity Team-oriented with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Bonus: Fluent in French or Dutch Why us?
