Purpose:
This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of Global Sales by managing projects to decrease complexity and increase productivity at field level for all stores in all markets.
Key Accountabilities:
* Identify and drive projects that ensure delivery of project plans on time and within agreed objectives, with focus on Retail Operations.
* Work closely with the Senior Director Retail Operations to deliver on large scale strategic projects.
* Collaborate with markets for a successful roll-out of Retail Operational programs for our Retail Stores and provide support and guidance to implement global framework.
* In collaboration with market leads, establish and implement robust processes to identify key actions and support execution of Operational Excellence programs.
* Deliver necessary trainings to market retail teams as needed, to secure successful implementation of projects.
* Act as consultant to markets in any area of Retail Operational Excellence programs and be a resource for them to call upon to assist them in achieving objectives.
* Manage and lead additional retail priorities and work streams assigned by your manager.
* Drive projects from first briefing, conceptualizing, tracking, implementation and sustaining.
* Create regular reports to provide analysis and insights that serve as basis to actions that will enable our organization to realize opportunities at market and global level.
* Drive smooth collaboration and communication across markets and HQ teams to leverage internal resources.
* Other duties as requested by your manager.
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience:
* Advanced user of MS Office suite of products.
* Fluent in English.
* Additional languages are an advantage.
Qualifications:
1. University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience.
2. 5-7 years retail management / retail operations /project management experience in a retail environment.
3. 3 years project management experience and/or leadership.
4. Experience in or exposure to internal/external communications/PR is a plus.
