Key Responsibilities:
8. Support and deliver Performance Management for the A320 Family Quality Customer Line
9. Define, implement and deploy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Quality Customer Lines
10. Integrate KPIs and develop dashboards for performance monitoring
11. Support and deliver Customer Performance Management
12. Define and implement KPIs for Customer Management and Customer WatchTower
13. Develop dashboards and standard templates for customer management and communication
14. Support In-Service activities for the customer portfolio
15. Manage and coordinate Manufacturing Quality Items (MQI) Technical Requests
16. Act as customer interface for MQI Technical Requests
17. Drive the digital transformation of the team
18. Improve processes and KPI performance through digitalization
19. Enhance data capitalization and knowledge management via digital solutions
20. Work in close collaboration with central and operational Quality functions in Manufacturing, Delivery and In-Service, as well as with Customer Services, Chief Engineering and Procurement
Requirements:
21. University degree in Engineering or Aerospace
22. 2 years of experience in Aerospace, Project Management, Process Improvement or Quality Management
23. Experience in Performance Management is an advantage
24. Knowledge of Total Quality Management and problem-solving methodologies
25. AI knowledge required
26. Strong analytical mindset and digital affinity
27. High level of autonomy, ownership and responsibility
28. Strong communication skills and team orientation
29. Professional and customer-focused working style
30. Fluent English (German and/or French are a plus)
31. Very good knowledge of Google Workspace
