Provide deskside and onsite technical support in line with SLAs
Install, upgrade, and repair hardware and software
Configure printers, scanners, and mobile devices
Deliver VIP support for PCs, mobile devices, AV systems, docking stations, etc.
Valid work permit in Germany
Several years of IT Support/EUC Experience
English and Local language fluency
