Administrative Support Role
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for coordinating various tasks within the division, including organizing meetings and appointments, preparing briefing papers, finalizing and distributing documents, and maintaining statistics and work plans.
* Coordinate administrative activities
* Organize meetings and schedule appointments
* Prepare meeting briefs and travel documentation
* Finalize, distribute, and file reports prepared by staff
* Maintain accurate records and up-to-date work plans
Candidates with strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English are highly desirable. Knowledge of French is also advantageous.
