Lead SAP Architect (m/w/d) – Deutsche Telekom Join our Portfolio Unit SAP as a Lead Architect, supporting over 600 customers with end‑to‑end SAP solutions—from consulting and migration to SAP S/4HANA, cloud and hybrid deployments, and application management. As a trusted advisor you will: Take ownership of architectural design and delivery for SAP solutions in heterogeneous landscapes. Lead technical concepts and implementation of SAP‑based solutions, ensuring adherence to standards, security, and best practices. Mentor and enable project teams, fostering knowledge transfer and new technology adoption. Drive business development by contributing to bid teams and securing new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with project leadership and serve as the focal point for technical decisions. Required qualifications: Master’s or equivalent degree in (Computer) Science or related field. At least 7 years of experience as an SAP architect and consultant, covering SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM/HXM, cloud and hybrid solutions, and integration with adjacent applications. Proven expertise in key industry areas (Public, Health, Automotive, Mittelstand) within the D‑A‑CH market. Strong knowledge beyond SAP—digitalization trends and current technology landscapes. Current SAP certification(s) in architecture and related domains. Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1). Part‑time contracts are available for this position.
