Position Summary In this role, you will play a key part in building and scaling our international HR set-up. You will support the implementation of a cross-country HR and payroll software solution and, after go-live, act as a central point of contact for local payroll partners in our international entities. In addition, you will actively contribute to day-to-day HR operations and support a wide range of topics such as recruiting, HR processes, performance management and employee development. This role is ideal for someone who, alongside a small, engaged and cheerful team, enjoys building structures, taking ownership and contributing to a variety of HR topics.
Key Responsibilities International HR & Payroll Systems Support the setup and implementation of a cross-country payroll software solution (ADP) Coordinate with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and local payroll experts Ensure consistent standards, data quality and scalable processes across countries After implementation: act as the central contact person for local payroll partners and internal stakeholders Support payroll-related operational topics, including pre-payroll activities HR Operations & Daily Business Support day-to-day HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle Contribute to recruiting activities, including job postings, applicant management and interview coordination Support onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain and further develop HR processes, policies and documentation Projects, Processes & Development Actively contribute to HR projects (e.g. process standardisation, system implementations, international rollouts) Support performance management and employee development initiatives Identify opportunities for process improvement and help build efficient, scalable HR structures Work closely with a small HR team and international interfaces
Candidate Profile Qualifications & Experience At least 2–4 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in an international environment Strong system affinity and interest in HR software, digital tools and payroll-related topics Preferably a basic understanding of international payroll Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style Hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership in a fast-growing environment High motivation to learn and contribute across a broad range of HR topics Very good written and spoken English and German skills What Sets You Apart Curious, open-minded and eager to learn Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities Enjoy working in small teams and developing both professionally and personally Passionate about building, shaping and establishing new processes and structures
