5. Confidence, drive, and a proactive, hands-on approach to new challenges

8. Empathy and strong interpersonal skills: you know how to put yourself in others’ shoes and build trust
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
10. An affinity for IT and CRM systems—experience is beneficial, but curiosity and willingness to learn are just as important
Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit. The first master's degree may not have been completed before/during the entire internship.
