IT Support Specialist Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing and optimizing cloud-based tools, overseeing endpoint management for Mac and Windows devices, implementing security policies, and ensuring system backups and monitoring vulnerabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize cloud-based tools such as Intune, Azure, M365
* Oversee endpoint management for both Mac and Windows devices
* Implement and manage security policies including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
* Ensure system backups and monitor vulnerabilities to maintain a strong security posture
* Develop and maintain clear documentation for IT processes, systems, and infrastructure
* Provide proactive support for IT-related issues within a remote-first environment
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and improve our security protocols
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in IT Administration or Endpoint Management
* Proficiency with Intune, Azure, M365, and related tools
* Strong knowledge of DLP, MFA, backups, and vulnerability management
* Experience with both Mac and Windows environments
* Security-first mindset with a focus on protecting company data and infrastructure
* Experience working in a remote-first environment or with distributed teams
* Strong documentation skills and process orientation
* Fluent in English (required), German (preferred but not mandatory)
