Your Tasks
* As a Head of Adformats and Propositions, you are leading one of our key product lines. Currently, we define three product lines: Data & Audiences, Adformats & Propositions, and Advanced TV.
* Within Adformats and Propositions, you lead the development of commercial products that focus on simplification and unification of our portfolio. One signature product in this branch is the Media Collections.
* Define the product strategy for your product line and manage its lifecycle.
* Develop new commercial products in line with the defined strategy.
* Manage internal and external stakeholders.
* Optimize the revenues generated by your products.
* Promote, educate, and consult on your product range.
* Management: 1 Product Manager
Your Profile
* University degree or equivalent.
* 10+ years in management of media products or ad tech environments.
* Proficiency in English is required; French and/or German are a plus.
* Strong communication skills: identifying opportunities, gathering requirements, validating ideas, and managing expectations.
* Understanding of the needs and dynamics on the buyside, with knowledge of advertising technology, ad servers, SSPs, etc.
* Knowledge of product management methodologies and tools.
* Organized and methodical in your work approach.
* Creative problem-solving skills to navigate operational complexities without blockers.
* Ability to collaborate across departments and countries in a decentralized, hybrid team setup. Self-organization, motivation, and adaptability are essential.
