KG Organization SE CFO Business Unit Taxes & Customs Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day You closely collaborate with the Global Head of Customs for the Siemens Energy Group on strategic topics and matters to evolve the Customs Function of the Group. You represent the Global Head of Customs in workshops and meetings to ensure the strategic position is considered accordingly. You build a robust network within the company which is allowing you to tackle challenges independently.How You’ll Make an Impact
7. Work in close partnership with the Global Head of Customs, supporting the integration and execution of key initiatives and priorities.
8. Develop strong connections with internal and external collaborators, emphasizing collaborative problem-solving and facilitating significant change.
9. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to efficiently communicate strategic topics, updates, and recommendations
10. Demonstrate integrity and discretion, earning trust as a reliable partner with access to critical and strategic information within the Global Customs Function.
11. Be organized, independently addressing complex global challenges and delivering high-quality outcomes that the Global Head of Customs can count on.
12. Serve as a key point of contact for the Customs Team, stepping in confidently during the absence of the Global Head of Customs to ensure continuity and support.
What You Bring
13. MBA, University degree in economics, trade, or customs or relevant experience.
14. Long term work experience in customs and international trade. Deep understanding of customs matters on a global scale.
15. Affinity for trade IT solutions and processes (MIC).
16. Ability to self-organize and unguided work on complex matters.
17. Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills
18. Excellent command of English is required; proficiency in German is considered an advantage.
