Job Title: Business IT Consultant
This role is designed for a highly skilled professional who can analyze business processes and provide innovative solutions to drive sales process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in ERP (SAP S4/Hana SD Module) and CRM software (Salesforce), as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with various departments to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to sales processes.
* Evaluate existing sales processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
* Work with Technical product owners to design and implement technology solutions that streamline sales processes.
* Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Advanced years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a sales or marketing environment with focus on expertise with sales process automation and optimization.
* Proficiency in ERP (SAP S4/Hana SD Module) and CRM software (Salesforce), as well as project management software.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
