Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you Implementation and coordination of Audio Visual Systems and providing 1st level Telecom support across multiple locations in Germany and Austria Working directly with Le Comptoir Campus Management and agents to ensure necessary activities are well planned and executed at local sites Overseeing and maintaining documentation of projects and activities related to network (Telecom), Infrastructure, and Audio Visual Systems Driving effective actions to solve issues, escalate to 2nd/3rd level resolver groups if necessary, and ensuring professional end-user communication Monitoring Telecom KPIs and providing information to relevant correspondents Developing, implementing Territory wide processes and procedures (SOP) Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer Degree from a college/university within Technology or equivalent background. Several years of work experience within IT with a focus on network and experience in technical project coordination. IT Infrastructure Know-How (Network, telecom, multimedia). Analytical ability and strong organizational skills Willingness to travel Ability to work in a team and collaborate Strong communication skills - oral & written Full professional fluency in German and English You don't meet every criterion?
