We are seekingtwo dynamic Field Sales Managers with experience in Solar sector (mandatory)to drive our growth across Germany. Reporting to our International Sales Director in Italy, you will play a key role in developing our presence in the PV / Solar energy market, building lasting customer relationships, and laying the foundation for a strong commercial structure in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a commercial strategy to expand our footprint across Germany, focusing on the PV / Solar sector.
* Actively prospect and visit clients on the ground — includingsolar equipment distributors, resellers, and installation companies (craftsmen).
* Divide and manage territories collaboratively with the second Field Sales Manager to ensure national coverage.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and clients.
* Represent the company at trade fairs, client visits, and industry events.
* Collaborate closely with international teams to align market strategies and objectives.
Requirements
* 5–10 years of proven sales or business development experience within the PV / Solar industry in Germany (mandatory).
* Strong network within the renewable energy ecosystem, including distributors and installers.
* Fluent inGerman (native/bilingual)and English.
* Based near Frankfurtwith willingness to travel extensively across the country.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, strong field presence, and ability to grow a client base from the ground up.
