Job Opportunity
An Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to lawyers, bailiffs, courts and experts in various tasks related to client portfolios.
Your Role
* Scheduling meetings and setting up conference calls across multiple time zones;
* Assisting with and coordinating all administrative tasks related to client portfolios;
* Managing both internal and external communication (emails/phone calls) related to client portfolios;
Your Profile
You have a degree in Office Management or International Administrative Management. You have excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience as an assistant or executive assistant in an international environment, preferably in the legal, advisory or financial sector;
* Fluent in English and French (native speaker level) with either written and spoken German or Luxembourgish as a highly regarded asset;
* Highly proficient in MS Office.
