Then come to JOBLINGE. We are looking for a full-time Social Pedagogue as Educational Training Coordinator (m/w/d) for our team at JOBLINGE gAG Munich, starting immediately.
What does your daily work at JOBLINGE involve?

* Supporting young people with various challenges in training, helping with difficulties at work, vocational school, or private life.
* Providing advice on career orientation, choosing a profession, and applications.
* Serving as a contact for companies, vocational school teachers, social workers, and possibly parents of participating youths.
* Conducting independent cross-disciplinary workshops, e.g., on social skills.
* Supporting the coordination, conception, and design of the basecamp program.
* Organizing tutoring and language promotion, establishing contacts with counseling centers and partners.
* Supporting events and organizing new offerings for trainees, trainers, and relevant stakeholders on training topics.
* Training and supervising volunteers.
* Representing gAG in our partner network and presenting the JOBLINGE concept to stakeholders from politics, business, civil society, and on social media.
Who are we looking for?
Personality and team fit are especially important to us. We look forward to getting to know you better during the application process. Ideally, you bring some of these qualifications:
* Completed degree with a focus on social pedagogy and/or a successful qualification in the social pedagogical field.
* Experience in mentoring and working with disadvantaged youth, cooperation with training companies, or hold a trainer certification.
* Confidence and experience in conflict and crisis management with youths facing various challenges.
* Resilient, organized, and able to act independently.
* Highly motivated, confident demeanor, and precise work style.
* Empathetic in handling the concerns of disadvantaged youths, partner companies, and volunteers.
* Proficient in MS Office and database management.
* Results-oriented and constructive team worker.
* Start-up mentality, enjoyment of challenges, and developing new ideas.
* Flexible working hours and willingness to visit trainees at their training companies or attend evening events.
